Dear BCA Families,
We had a great start to the week with our Chapel time on Monday. Mrs. Shantz spoke to us about Easter and students came prepared with their paper crosses. On one side students wrote down something that they asked God’s forgiveness for and as a class went up to the front where there was a big wooden cross, representing the cross Jesus died on to save us from our sins. They placed their paper crosses at the foot of the cross, symbolizing that Jesus forgives our sins. That’s why He died on the cross for us. We hope, with all the Easter excitement that you take time with your family to reflect on the reason we celebrate this holiday and the significance of Jesus’ death on the cross and His resurrection. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in[a]Christ Jesus our Lord.
